I inquired about an appointment with Efrat for talk therapy jan 17th 2022. The image and listing offered on Zocdoc refers to a specific person, experience and qualifications. The business didnt disclose this and scheduled an intake interview to pair with a therapist, Efrat was not an available or offered therapist. Iwas scheduled for an appointment on the 20th. On the 18th the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled. I asked about session rate so that i could follow up with insurance to get a sense of cost and they had no answers. they then sent me to billing department which cancelled my appointment and didnt respond to my request for costs before the appointment or in the following week. I decided to cancel the following session on the 27th as they still hadnt responded on Feb 3rd they had scheduled a time to discuss time to connect. at which they cancelled last minute, sending a EOB of $120.70. As I had tried to talk with the therapist at an initial consultation for a better answer about the potential session and rate, but received none. I filled out initial disclosure paperwork, but didn't sign any credit card or payment agreement as there had not been any disclosure of costs or fees. I talked with a therapist about in a consult and asked about the fee and didn't receive any answer or range of estimate. most of the time was spent covering disclosure and therapy practice questions. I was then sent back to billing and told I need to give a credit card and pay, but with out any clarity on fee. On Feb 15th I received an email saying the case was closed. On march 7th I was then texted from an unknown number and told i would be sent to collections in less than 7 days, they claimed to have sent emails and bills that dated back 2 dates over the last 2 weeks in which I have no email record and no invoice. They then said that I had been referred to collections and needed to pay 45% more and couldn't respond further. I have never been sent to collections in under
