This issue ultimately started after a review I left on one of the employees that I thought would be anonymous. Tuxedo junction sent me email to my account asking how the fitting went. I gave the employee (George) a low rating because we waited hours, his measurements were odd, and he complained the entire time. I then found out from George, that the company sent my review to him and he wasn’t happy, telling the groom how upset he was. Fast forward to the day the suit comes in. My measurements are off. Too big of pants and they “somehow” ordered size 10 shoes (I wear 14s and we had an entire discussion about them). Now, the store is claiming that they didn’t get my pants back and want to charge me $140. My bag was double checked by others and all contents were there. It is clear this store/employee is attempting to fraudulently charge me. I am asking the company to step in and fix this.Business response

Customer was refunded $132.30 on 7/22/2024.
