Ordered 4 cazuelas and received them promptly. I also ordered a dutch oven at the same time and the website said it would be shipping out later. I felt like the shipping estimate quoted on the site was pretty accurate. Overall I received a top notch product. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.Review from bert v

They are back online and shipping product, but it will take about 1 month to get to you. Just received my 10.5 cast iron Skillet and it's amazing! Great quality, worth the price. Hope they can get their communications issues straightened out soon.Review from Mark B

I was happy to see Borough Furnace get back on line and offering product again. I have ordered 4 pieces and received 2 so far on time that are wonderful. Liz even left a hand written note that my other two skillets are on the way not late. I have many cast iron pans Finex, Butterpat, Smithey and Field. I saw these with RawCraft on youtube loved the story and love the whole made by hand made in America artistry these have. I was disappointed to see the reviews people have given, it has nothing to do with the product which is fantastic. I can understand some of the reviews want to give Borough a chance and so far it's been awesome and flawless. Please remember these are all made by hand much like if you bought art work and it takes months to get (ever bought a sculpture?). I am sure besides Covid issues they were bombarded by the RawCraft show orders.Review from Peter B

John T**** and Liz S**** are scam artists. They took my $300 way back in May 2021 and have still not delivered my Dutch oven (March 2021). How long would it take to notify me that they are incapable of filling the order, and to refund my payment? Five minutes tops? The hilarious thing is that they're still taking orders. I feel bad for anyone who might be scammed by these scummy slimeballs. Take your business elsewhere! Shame on Borough Furnace. You are a disgraceful pair of liars.Review from Hossein I

Today, 2/19/2022, I received my enameled Dutch oven, and a bottle opener as a gift, after ordering it awhile back. For those of you who have been waiting, please have patience. I ordered a $280 enameled Dutch Oven from Borough Furnace on October 23, 2020, that I have not received as of 2/4/2022. Originally because of Covid and a broken equipment, that they couldn't replace due to supply line issue, they got overwhelmed with the orders. They even offered me another discounted item that I bought and received. However, their problem is with Dutch ovens. I still have not received the Dutch Oven. I believe they are good people but I wish they would communicate with their customers. Maybe their lawyers told them to stop all communications. It's very sad!Review from Elliott F

I Ordered three pans a year ago. over $900.00 They kept telling stories about delays they were working to overcome. I agreed to wait even though the owner offered a refund. Now a year later I have asked for my money back three times over two months. Dead silence.......... Conveniently they don't answer the phone. At some point one has to conclude that these are not earnest people in over their heads but rather thieves. There may be a way to sue since so many people have been cheated.Review from Jack G

These people are crooks. I paid nearly 350 For a pan that was nearly 7 months delayed and when they finally shipped it with UPS it took months before there was even an update on the shipping. After checking recently UPS claims that They tried to deliver it and it was denied (they had the wrong address) so it was destroyed by UPS. UPS advised me that the shipper would need to contact them to again try to deliver - this time to the correct address. I reached out to borough furnace multiple times by email and phone with literally no réponse whatsoever. Im disgusted. Don’t ever do business with theReview from David R
