Mobile ordered and received it an hour after I arrived at the store, no receipts provided and food was undercooked. After an altercation in the store with the female employee, saying the incident wasn’t her fault since the manager didn’t order receipt paper… so I guess it was my fault for choosing Moe’s?? I will get no resolve with the base level employee obviously and no manager on site means no accountability whatsoever. This is the theme of this place for the last 1 1/2 years that many in our community have experienced but due to the climate of new this social status, it’s uncomfortable talking to these young kids who have no critical thinking skills at all. It erupted into a mass shout out with customers who were friends of the employee chiming in. Weird. Insulting. Overwhelming experience in contradiction to the usual mundane experience of grabbing a quick meal.
