This company completed interior electrical work sometime around Winter 2021-Spring 2022. The contractor who hired them was taken off the job due to ongoing delays from electrical work that went unaddressed for the exterior of the home (garage needing power/lights and outside outlets on an outdoor deck). Contractor and I ended relationship amicably, understanding that electrical work payments for the work completed on the interiors were all up to date at the time of parting ways. In October 2022, my village made me aware that our permit was still open because a final electrical inspection had not been performed. I reached out to electrician to order final electrical inspection to learn that they are refusing alleging being owed moneys. Both the contractor who hired them and myself don't believe that to be the case... Since October 2022, we (the contractor and I) have been attempting to have JC Sullivan come forward with proof and the amount they are owed. They've refused our offers to connect and figure this out. Their only response is that they need "time to verify their records..." I have included screenshots of text messages proving all the attempts that have been made from October 2022 up until February 2023 inviting JC Sullivan to share specifics around their claims and find a respectful and fair solution. My home is in need of a final electrical inspection in order to receive a certificate of occupancy- not having one is irresponsible and poses an unnecessary liability to my home and family's safety. Please help.

We are not finished just yet. They have scheduled the inspection for today (May 4) but until that happens and we pass inspection this issue is still unresolved. We are moving in right direction.
