Leased a car and agreed on a monthly payment, even double check with the finance manager **** while finalizing the paperwork and was assured that my monthly payments was what we agreed to. A Few days later when checking my account on *** financial I noticed my payment was almost $10 higher than it should be. Called, texted and left a voicemail for the finance manager *********************** and have not gotten a response back. I Also left a message for the General manager ***************** and I also never got a response back. This dealership will treat you well when buying a car but will disregard you once they have your business. Something shady going on at this dealership because my girlfriend payment was also $10 higher than the price we negotiated. And the fact that no one will return my calls or try contacting me about this issue saids it all about this dealership.Review from Maria C

BMW OF HUDSON VALLEY .. I bought a *** 330i over a year ago and they never changed the name to the new owner .My car was towed with a flat tire and sent to the nearest *** who stated that they can not service my car because *** never submitted the paper work with the new owner .My car has been sitting with out service for almost a week and no one has helped me .. nor offer me a resolution .. I missed work , time and they have been giving me the ROUND around . THE FINANCE PERSON HAVE IGNORED MY PHONE CALLS I have been left with no car.! Considering I drive an hour to work ..BMW of Hudson valley is disorganized and unprofessional .. the worst experience ever !Review from antoine h

I have brought my *** 328I to BMW OF HUDSON VALLEY to have the drive axel repaired. After, *** inspected it; they found that I have an oil leak and the tenioner and serpentine belt! The Tensioner and Serpentine belt, they decided not to move forward with: Instead, they moved forward with the drive axel and replaced it; after they told me that they would not perform any repairs due to the next problem that popped up, which was the TRANSFER CASE! When I originally bought the car in for the driver AXEL. Out of nowhere; they said that the car would not go over 30mph. The car NEVER EVER!!!!!!!! had an issue with going over 30mph. Next thing I know is I Get a **** for ********. I candidly believe that *** inadvertently went wrong in DIAG/REPAIR of my vehicle: At this point, I am unpleased with the outcome of service: I want *** to own up to its fault. Make this situation right! Desired settlement: REPAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
