They have overcharged me three times and even though my insurance has been trying to help me I still do not have my money back. Every person I speak to gives a different answer. I have been lied to and told several times I would have my money by Friday. I have also called and been told I have several outstanding invoices, funny my insurance has paid for every visit. I told them to send me a bill and was put on hold for so long the system hung up on me. I have had to cancel my future appointments due to the fact I am on disability and have a fixed income and cannot afford for them to keep stealing my money.Review from Brian G

Worst experience ever. Doctor sent wrong prescription or not what I needed for what we discussed. In order to to get a new prescription I was going to have to do another consultation and pay again. They could not simply get back with the doctor and get prescription changed. Better off just going to your primary care doctor. I do not recommend *******.Review from Jerry L

They had a system update and incorrectly charged me hundreds of dollars because they were unable to verify my insurance information on file. I have waited over a month for my refund and still waiting. The incorrectly charged claim has already shown up on my insurance side. Called their customer service 4 times and put me on hold for 20 minutes.Review from Justin V

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have had the worst service experience of my life. Over the course of one week, three of my appointments for mental health treatment were canceled. I urgently needed a refill for important medication, but my appointment was canceled, rescheduled, and then canceled again. When I called for help, there was no one available to assist me, and the best option offered was an appointment 48 hours laterwell beyond the time I needed my medication.Tried contacting the "mental health team" directly, but there was no way to get through, and no one was available to speak with me. **************** had no solutions and was completely unhelpful. There were no on-call doctors for emergencies, leaving me with no options when I needed help the most. This experience has been a total waste of time, effort, and moneyfour hours I will never get back.Review from TERESA W

Absolute waste of money. And the money for the co-pay was more than I would have spent going to a "real" doctor. I have had luck with ******* before, but it's been a few years and today was horrible. It was a three minute phone call and she told me to go to a doctor. I know exactly what is wrong with me, my water tested positive for e-coli. She didn't care. I told her I wanted a refund and she said to call *******. I did, and the customer service representative spent more time with me than the doctor didReview from Carolyn W

Horrible waste of time and money. You'll have better luck doing your own research online for FREE. These Doctors always tell you it's best to go in somewhere in person.Review from Jess N

Charged $89 for a minute long phone call only to tell me they couldn't prescribe antibiotics for face infections and I had to go to urgent care/ER. Doctor said they'd refund the charge since they couldn't help me but Teladoc emailed me after applying for a refund saying they can refuse any refund once the visit has started. B.S. I had to spend another $175 at urgent care just to get the antibiotics I already knew I needed. Complete scam. No reason they shouldn't be able to prescribe antibiotics for infections ongoing 2 weeks when that's the only route of treatment available. RidiculousReview from Chris N

******* is a complete scam. The first time I called they refused to help me. The second, they claimed I had requested an appointment for someone else. When I said I hadn't they hung up and me and blocked my account so I couldn't use their terrible portal.
