            I purchased a 2017 ***** ********* 1500 from this dealer on April 1st of 2022. Since that time, the transmission has repeatedly failed by sputtering, disengaging while driving, or just not working at all. The dealership has attempted to make repairs on it on multiple occasions, including installing a new transmission, that has not fixed the problem. I use this truck as my primary transportation for my family, and I have a child with a severe disability (cerebral palsy), and the condition of the vehicle makes it difficult to near-impossible to get him to his appointments. The dealership had originally showed me a truck from another dealership that I had agreed to purchase, and they then delivered a different truck. They wouldn't move it from the other dealership unless I had already signed a purchase agreement and had the truck registered ahead of time. When I asked to be shown the carfax information, he retrieved the truck, instead, and never showed me any information. When the vehicle was reviewed through the DMV files, it was shown to have had accidents, which the dealership had denied when I purchased it.

            If I could give 0 stars to this store, I would. Their customer service is absolutely a joke. They do not reply to communications of any kind, whether you use their chat or their email. However, as soon as you request a refund, following their own official published procedure, you get an email from a very rude person that simply sign "Jill" and says that she has send you numerous communications with instructions blah blah blah. Of course the refunds, are denied based on the fact that emails got lost in the cyberspace (supposedly) and you should find them in your junk mail regardless. ???The point is that very basic customer service skills include courtesy, respect and professionalism. I would not buy from this people ever again, and I would suggest people avoids it, too . It's such a shame that a great company such as Hyundai tolerates this kind of low quality service from of their associates,

            good afternoon. i have looked back into the emails sent by our associate jill. and she had sent a few trying to explain the programming procedure for the nfc key card. i apologize if they landed in the spam folder of your email. usually these cards are a non refundable item as they are a one time use. but as a good will im issuing a refund and you can keep the card. thank you
