On May 6, I had to have two wisdom teeth extracted. I paid a $120 consultation fee which I was made to understand was not reimbursed by my insurance company and that was fine. On the day of service I had to pay out-of-pocket $620. I was told that was all I had to pay because I was in network and my insurance company covered the difference. On May 22 called Northeast surgical to see if they had processed my reimbursement check and it had not but they told me they would call me back. On June 7 I called again to see where the reimbursement check was because my insurance company told me that the electronic transfer had been already made to them on May 28. In the amount of $620. Once again, no one returned my call. I spoke with Bethany on June 7 and she told me she would get back to me and never did. On June 14 I called and spoke and she said I would only be getting a partial refund. I told her that is not what their office or my insurance company had told me and that I would like a breakdown when they sent out the check for $420 which is what they’re claiming I’m entitled to. I once again called my insurance company and they said that is not correct because again they are in network. I received the check today and the amount of $420 and would like to know where the $200 differences.Business response

Our office does not have a profile with the BBB. That being said, I have still contacted ********** in regards to this complaint and have followed up with her as well. I explained in detail the insurance explanation of benefits via email and have left two voicemails asking her to return my call to discuss. She has not gotten back to me so there is nothing else I can do at this time. Thank you!
