At 2 dollars a month I have accumulated **** points which is 62$ I have tried to redeem 50 of it and its not processed. Ive sent emails and now the site wont load up on any browser and I have 7. Ive left messages after I called. I need help as they are using a ** telephone number. Please help me. If you cant would you kindly forward to the correct ones attention. Thank you.Business response

We apologize for the inconvenience this panelist has experienced. Our panel website has been going through an update the last few days and is back online and functional. Any panelist that attempted to redeem their rewards during this period were credited back the amount that they attempted to redeem and are able to redeem on the new website. We don't have a record of this specific panelist, but we have reached out to them directly to determine the email address they have registered with us. Once we have that email address, we can investigate further and help them with any questions they might have.

I have done surveys on this website ********************************************** for more than 13 months and when I accumulate $25 I was able to redeem for a Gift card. So I redeemed for $25 ****** Gift Card. They have send me one but it was zero balance. After 3-4 days I contacted them and told them about this issue and I requested a replacement Gift card with $25 balance on it. They responded that they will look at it but nobody was answering my email anymore.Customer response
