I requested this company to move a car from Hampton VA to Birmingham, AL. The price quoted was $300. I paid $100 deposit. On the day of transport they call to tell me that the drivers insurance lapse and they would have to find another driver and the cost would be $1100. We went back and forth about this absurd price. Not only did they want to charge me a $200 cancelation fee, but did not want to give me my deposit back after THEY told me they did not have a driver. I spoke to Lee and Chris about how this is not they way you treat customers. They advise me they would only refund me $50 of my money for their mistake. Do not hire these individual to transport you auto. They are a rip-off.Review from Korey M

I requested a transport of my car from ** to **. The price that I was quoted for $850. On the day of original pickup, the driver asked for a price of $1500 which was almost twice the amount that I was quoted. I agreed to the amount, but the date of the pickup was delayed a few days. So then the date of the pickup comes and another driver hikes up the price to $2500. I refuse to utilize their services after multiple delays on their part. I then requested to cancel the service. They required a $200 cancellation fee. I refuse to pay the fee for a service they did not fulfill on their behalf. Not to mention I paid a $200 reservation fee, so to pay a cancellation fee in order to receive a refund is redundant and I would still be down $200. This is completely unacceptable. If you are reading this review, I suggest you stay far away from the company if youre looking to transport your vehicle.Review from Adam S

Terrible customer service, decided within an hour after agreeing to work with them that I wasnt comfortable with their business model and tried to get a refund, they refused and tried to charge me more to cancel. They are terrible.Review from Bob S

SCAMMERS. Stay away. All other reviews accurate. Bait and switch. Low price to lure you in. Takes the up front downpayment. BS and lies about truck availability, issues. etc, and then changes/tries to change the price drastically to then get a truck. They never had an assigned truck to begin with(even though they tell you they do). This is classic Indian scammer stuff. Stay away. Im brown so I DGAF. Would they ever follow through? Who knows! No one is sticking around to find out. Waiting to see if I get my downpayment back! I wasnt paying any extra after our agreement. Company did not honor quote that was given for transport of my vehicle . Was constantly being told different days they would come pick up. No one ever came. This is because they never had a carrier. When they narrowed down a carrier , i was then told it was gonna be another $ **** on top of the quoted price. Beyond Frustrated . I wish uncoils post screenshots.Review from Kenneth K

Beware and do not use this company they are scam artists. I Contracted for $800 transport of my car MD to **, was concerned about some negative reviews about the same issue I had but ***** assured me it was due to holidays and not enough drivers. Day of pick up was told driver wanted more money and price would be $1450. Fraudsters running bait and switch, I saw some negative reviews online but took a chance to save money. Now I have to fight to get my $150 deposit back, glad I used my AMEX card so I can dispute the charge.Review from Michael D

Absolutely horrible. Started out at 400. They take a 150 deposit. Waited a week for the driver. The day the driver is due to show up these guys text me saying the driver had no insurance so he wasn't coming. They gave me another driver for 800. This was a Saturday. the driver communicated for 3 days he was coming but also kept saying everyday he was supposed to show up that his trailer was broken down. So I was given a 3rd driver. But this time they wanted another 150 "deposit" for drivers gas and still 800. The driver finally showed up and said it was 900. He said the company, Premuim Auto Shipping was full of it and that that 150 was just a scam for more money. The 150 didn't go to him. So I paid another 100 on top of the *************************************** out of another 150. Do not use these guys it was a horrible experience and it lasted 2 weeks.Review from Jay F

I should've read the reviews. I also had to pay $150 deposit and the day of they tell me that the driver's truck broke down. And that there's a strike because of fuel prices. BS. Fuel prices are lowering and isn't a reason to strike. I wanted my deposit back. He found another driver but he's requesting double. I said no. He said he'll pay out of his own pocket to help. Nope. He then points to the document I had to sign saying I owe more money to cancel. Not doing it. I had to get another serviceReview from Cody B

agreed in writing to the amount of shipping my vehicle for $475 and the day of shipping said it would be $1600 very bad business deal would not recommend dealing with them.
