Rolando, the store manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and exhibited poor customer service when asked why he was charging me twice for an oil filter that was included into the $69.99 ******* for a full synthetic oil change. They tried to charge me an additional $24 for the oil change, which made it more than the full price Oil change. When I questioned him why, he refused to answer questions and replied with. I’m doing with corporate told me to do. After 40 minutes of going back-and-forth, he gave me a number to corporate that didn’t work refused to give me a contact to the district manager and proceeded to threaten to call the police on me. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS AND/OR LOCATION? If I could give a less than one star review, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with using a ******* for services.Review from Maurice O

I would give Mr tire auto service zero stars if I can. On July 5,2024 I had brake pads and rotors installed on my vehicle. I paid 1000 out the door. I had a issue with brake squeaking for 3 months took it back to them so they can inspect and the manger said it was just break noise he said give it about 600 miles and the squealing will stop. But the most thing that really missed me of I went to another auto repairs center to get a brake inspection on my squeaking brakes and I have found out when I did get my brakes installed at mr tire they did not lubricanted my brakes none of them and they also did not bleed the brakes because there was hardly no brake fluid in there. And to make things even worst they strip two of my lug nuts I had to get them replace. I had to pay a additional 300 dollars at another repair center that should have been done at mr tire. They did not bleed my brakes and they did lubricanted them either. They took advantage and did me dirty. The manager name is Mckulley M***. I will definitely stay away from mr tire auto service center they are crooks and cheap parts from ******* and putting them on others people vehicle charging a arm and a legReview from Amie and Tony H

My wife purchased brand new tires for $750 in March 2024. After all of the hurricanes in 2024, we had a nail in the tire and made an appointment to drop it off to be fixed. I dropped the car off and then dropped my wife back off an hour later to pick the car up. "Bill" stated that the nail is in a safe place and NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT! I have a warranty "road" hazard and wanted it fixed for safety reasons. I was not there after i dropped her off and TIRES CHOICE took full advantage of a female and sent her home with a nail in the tire! Who the F*** does that????? I have two teenage girls that ride around with her every day in that vehicle and now when something happens and they get hurt, the lawsuits will begin! I highly advise that if you love your family, you NEVER use this business!!!!!!! I will do my best to make sure the word gets out and they close the doors. That is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! The LEAST you could do it patch it somehow - you're too damn lazy to fix it on a Saturday morning and don't want to work for your $13 an hour. If you read this and are considering getting tires from this location, DONT! Go to ******* or **** who will honor their warranties and not jeopardize someone's family! Charging for service that are not perform. Had a tire repair done charged $52.00 for a patch (but it was a plug not a patch), charged rebalance fee the tire was never removed from the vehicle. this Mr tire location is in New Bern, North Carolina. hadReview from David C

I had an issue with Mr. Tire in Watertown NY. I had new tires and brakes done in August, 2024, and an alignment after the new tires were mounted. Four months later, in November, 2024, I got my vehicle inspected at ******** because Mr. Tire did not get their inspection license from NYS. They stated that the tires felt unusually worn and did an alignment to find that it was way out of alignment. I returned to Mr. Tire and they inspected the tires and stated that there was no unusual wear. I was at ******** to get a simple inspection and they found the tire wear or they would not have done an alignment. The alignment report showed that it was way off which I showed to the Mr. Tire salesman and he agreed that it definitely needed an alignment, but stated that I must have hit a pothole! I will not return to Mr. Tire or recommend them to any of my family or friends. I did much business there over several years but not any more! Stay away from Mr. Tire!!!Review from Bilguuntamir E

Ripped Off I took my car to the shop to fix an issue with my car that had VSC, traction, and check engine lights that were on and also the air tire pressure light was on. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as a faulty mass airflow sensor and replaced it for three lights. And said the air tire sensor needed to be changed as well. However, when I picked up the car after 2-3 hours the all the lights were still on, indicating the issue hadn’t been resolved. So, I returned the car to the shop. The mechanic then thought the new mass airflow sensor might be faulty and said they’d replace it again. The next day, I went back, and they assured me the problem was fixed. I drove away feeling relieved, but when i got home, I saw the lights had come back on. I returned to the shop to report this, and the mechanic, clearly frustrated, suggested it might be an electrical issue. Now, I’m questioning if the mass airflow sensor even needed to be replaced in the first place. It feels like I may have paid for an unnecessary repair, and I’ll likely have to pay more to finally resolve the issue. Still I had to go back home in the afternoon with my car cuz we all got work. They weren’t able to fix the problem even after trying for 3 times!!! All lights are still on and nothing changed and even they claimed to have changed my tire air sensor and yet the air light came back on! Do not trust this place and if you having problems with them as well. Do not hesitate to report them!Review from Gail F

I made an appointment for 5 pm to repair a ***** tire and when I got to the store they said they don't take appointments at 5 pm and I would need special chucks to left the car. The manager was rude and unapologetic this and I'm my opinion had something against either me or my *****. I will not shop there again.Review from Wendell h

I wouldn't trust taking my vehicle here. They failed my husband's inspection on his truck, claiming it needed breaks. Trusting them was our first mistake, as they were insistant it failed even though no signs of break wear were being shown. Being a former auto mechanic (now lift mechanic) who has held his inspector license ehe took his truck back to do the breaks himself. Turns out the breaks were no where near failing, and they were just trying to make a quick buck.Review from Kevin L

I cannot recommend this business. Here are several reasons why: I paid over $130 for services I never received. The issue began with an arm bar repair they recommended. After they attempted to upsell me on additional services I neither wanted nor needed, I waited nearly two hours only to have them refuse to complete the service I had already paid for. There was no effort made to assist me or provide any service whatsoever. They directed me to *******, making it seem as though I would receive a refund there. However, ******* informed me that the funds for my payment had already been released to Car X, and that Car X would be responsible for the refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, it’s been over a week with no resolution. The entire team at the shop is aware of my situation, yet no one has reached out to rectify this issue. This business’s practices should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business or treat customers.
