This is getting over charged by a particular employee and also will contact my bank. The latest was yesterday purchased my coffee the amount should of been 21.84 she 21.94 now it's not the money do not like feeling targeted and overcharged so today went to see maybe the prices went up and no did not get adjustments but told the day clerk apologize but she will sometimes know the price and sometimes third incident and had enoughBusiness response

The customer is referring to a transaction where she purchased $20.00 in gasoline and a medium cup of coffee. Our medium coffee retails for $1.84 but there is sales tax added at the register resulting in a total of $1.94. The customer is not being overcharged. The customer had not contacted customer service in the corporate office, so we called the number provided in the Better Business Bureau complaint, so we could get further clarification as to what happened. A voice message was left but she did not return our call, therefore, a letter was drafted explaining the difference in price and it was mailed to the customer at the address provided in the BBB complaint on 3-4-2024.
