On September 21, 2022 my husband ordered apple peeler parts from Mr. Dudley P**** for the amount of $261. He was paid over **** app on 09/21/2022 @ 08:08. Mr. P**** charged a total of $261.00 ($216 for 6 apple peeler parts, and $45 for shipping.) The parts were a coring blade, a bracket, a fork, a clamp, and 2 paring blades for our apple peeler. We have ordered from Mr. P**** in the past and had no issues. He kept stating that the parts were shipped and they in fact had not been. When questioned a few days later, Mr. P**** stated that the parts had not been shipped because the person that usually takes his apple peeler parts to be shipped was sick. He assured my husband that they would be here and that he would send us a tracking number. Mr. P**** knew that we were on a time constraint because we help our community make apple butter. Mr. P**** never sent the tracking number. I contacted Mr. P**** starting on 09/30/2022 and he assured me that the apple peeler parts would be shipped out by the next day and we agreed that he would either send me or my husband the tracking number. We never received it or the apple peeler parts. I have tried to contact Mr. P**** everyday from 10/13/2022 until now with no response. I sent him a request for refund of $261.00 via **** app on 10/13/2022 @ 18:42 and it is still pending. I made him aware that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have the **** app receipts and correspondence receipts if needed.Business response

Called business and spoke with Dudley who stated that he has sent the consumer the parts and they should not have any other issues.Customer response

The consumer called to say the parts were received as ordered.
