My girlfriend and I hired carter exteriors to replace our roof in February we requested the second week of May for the replacement. they sent us a link showing us we were set or that time. we called because we had to bump it a couple days and Carter did everything to accommodate us. this was the most professional contactor we have had the experience of using. the roof was completed in a day. they asked our permission to trim back tree limbs that could cause damage to our roof. the clean-up was amazing. 4 guys walking around the house with rolling magnets as well as handheld magnets to get all the nails. Carter Exteriors Did a amazing job replacing our roof. they were in and out in a day and the clean up was amazing. someone was there from start to finish ensuring all my concerns were met. will be hiring to do my rental property later this year great experiance.Review from Janet B

It is scary to contemplate spending so much money on re-siding one’s home. But when the representative from Carter Exteriors came to my home to explain things to me and give me a quote, I knew I was in good hands. As the time came to do the job, Austin Carter coordinated with me about the best time to start, and he sent the most congenial and hard-working crew. Very expert at the job with a minimum of fuss and noise. Four really respectful and nice guys who worked hard and were polite. I would give Carter Exteriors a six -star rating. Superb tradesmen and nice human beings. Plus, my 1962 house, which had been looking quite shabby with its deteriorating wood shingles, now looks gorgeous. THEY ARE THE BEST!! --Janet BReview from D. Very bad customer service haven’t received a return call for months. When we were looking for someone to do our roof, they constantly contacted us until we decided to use them but now that there’s an issue with the roof no one will return our call. Google says that they’re open from 9 to 5, but they’re never open. We’ve sat in the lot hoping to see and speak with someone but..no o one comes in and no one goes out. After a couple of months of the new roof we noticed shingles and nails coming from off of the roof. Fast forward to summer. There are more shingles coming off of the roof. Sadly the nice lady that answers the phone is the best thing about the company..several months later still no return call at all.
