      My Father has been doing business with this company for a long time and I really didn't appreciate the way Mr.Joseph handled the situation they were supposed to fix the struts on the left side and they stripped the right side. Joseph A. F**** had choose to be aggressive due to the lack of service that was provided. My Father was just looking to use is warranty for his car which is a bumper to bumper policy. This company has lied constantly and also is giving out defective pieces on the cars.

      I leased a car in 2018 from Vision Hyundai Henrietta (VHH), bought out lease in 2021. When I found out the wrong VIN # was recorded. They knew about this in 2019, I was never notified. In 2022 Xmas week the Hyundai Sonata was stolen. 7 weeks in Hyundai Webster collision shop. I stopped using VHH for service because they didn’t pick up their phone or return phone calls. I found my own awesome mechanic. The f1st week of April 2024 thieves tore off the handle & pried the lock. They didn’t steel it. I had a club, anti-theft software & air tag hidden. I decided to trade the car in on a ****** at a different dealer where I learned I had a invalid title. I called VHH’s finance manager 4 times over the next few days but no one answered or returned call. I took off work to go into. I learned they don’t return calls because “they have cheap phones that don’t call out & they are expected to use their personal cell phones.” Then I learned all my data was lost. Vision Auto Group (VAG) had been bought out by ******** **** ***** and my data was lost in migration to a new system. However, there was a backup at VAG. They pulled up my data & confirmed that the VIN was wrong. VAG pushed me off to Hyundai Corp (HC). I called they said it would take 5 days to solve. When I checked in they said 7. Then I was assigned a case manager that said he needed more time with no explanation other than he had to in investigate. I asked for loaner or rental, he said I need to go to VHH) I did, and the sales mgr said he was unable to approve that, asked him to call someone, he wouldn’t. Asked for gen mgr—not there. Gave all my contact info—NO RETURNED CALLS FROM VAG or VHH THROUGH THIS ENTIRE ORDEAL. Meanwhile my compromised car with invalid title that is the trade in on my new car is locked in friends garage. I rented a car for a week now I’m carless, it has been 3 weeks! Essentially, I’ve been paying for someone else’s car for years! Hyundai is horrible from the top on town. Only the car is good!

      Poor customer service, my Dad, who’s 83, picked up vehicle on 5/31/23, decided he didn’t want the warranty, called the very next morning, left multiple messages with salesman and finance dept, no call back! Plus, he drove there only to be told he needed to speak to finance, who wasn’t available because he was out looking for his dog. He had to return 6/5/23, because the trailer hitch wasn’t put on the vehicle before the scheduled delivery date at which time he was told finance person broke his arm and unavailable to redo a contract, then spoke to a Desk Manager who told him it was handled. I was in the business for 14 years, and nothing is “handled” with the customer resigning new paperwork! Plus I’ve never heard of a dealership not having a backup financial person! After he’s made 4 trips, from Honeoye, and no result, I called today, 6/13/23, spoke to “Josh” who proceeded to give me a hard time, saying he had spoken to my dad and it was too late to do anything because the dealership had already been “funded” by the bank, I then asked for the warranty company number, he said he didn’t have it and would go ask the Financial Mgr, he dropped the phone, didn’t put me on hold, someone asked him what the problem was and he responded it was concerning my Dad, using his name, and now some “*****” is calling! Really, very unprofessional, when he returned to the phone, I informed him, I heard his comment, he then tried to change his tone and said finance would call me within the hour. It’s been 3 hrs now, again, no response! I would never refer anyone to do any sort of business with these people! “Josh” is lucky that I didn’t make the drive to Henrietta!

      The service department is awful. Been waiting over 2 months for them to install a new transmission and a few other things "covered" by the extended warranty they sold me. Not one call with updates, no loaner car as promised. I called the warranty company myself and they told me they were cover over $5700 for new transmission. They said Vision said they would find a used transmission instead of new. While vision shopped around for the cheapest used transmission, they just made me wait and then they can pocket the remaining amount of the claim. If this isn't insurance fraud, I'm not sure what is. They have done nothing but lie to me from the start and still have not fixed anything with my car after I've been waiting over 2 months. I was told from them multiple times that I would only owe the $100 deductible - and today they tell me I would owe a lot more because some things weren't covered....after telling me multiple times everything was covered. I want to cancel the repair altogether and have it done elsewhere, where I can trust them. What a horrible company. They have tried to take advantage of the wrong woman.
