I purchased flooring last year and the floor has been lifting. I tried numerous times to contact them and take care of this problem ( which was well under the one year warranty) and they keep giving me the run around. I finally got them to come out to look and the company said they would take care of this problem, but never got back to me and now I’m calling there all the time and no one is getting back to me after promising to take care of this. At this point I am leaving this to you and hoping for resolution on this.Initial Complaint

They sent someone out to measure the floor an determine how much flooring i wood need..The gentleman measured my floor an came up with how much i needed. his measurements where way off. In the hall he came way off so the installer could not finish the job.in the contract it said "Customer ok to piece in entry closet if running short" Also his measurements were off so bad that i came over by a box an a half in the family room. In regards to the extra boxes: On our signed contract with the customer it states 1-2 boxes of overage may be present as we order per manufacturers recommendations for overage.
In regards to the shortage in the entryway the customer agreed to us piecing in any area in the closet if we ran out of material (footage of his entry/closet measured 23 sf and one box of material which was different than the other material for living room). When it came to piecing it in the customer did not want us to glue in place but he wanted boards locked in together which would've meant an extra box needed to be purchased, which he refused to do. He claims to not understand what piecing in meant even though the contract was signed. In an effort to work with the customer and to save him spending $200 on a box of material I was able to secure full boards from our vendor to be shipped to us at no charge and agreed to make a return trip to the customers home to install again at no charge (Even though this was not the agreement at the point of sale). We were targeting the end of last week/start of this week to install this last piece in his closet but the samples were shipped to us incorrectly which I explained to Mr ****** earlier this week. I had told him that as soon as the material arrived we would contact him to install (*** ** currently tracks that the material is to arrive on April 6th). The job will be completed as soon as the boards arrive, but to reiterate again this delay is due to a change order to the original contract the day of installation not due to any fault of Christian Flooring.
