I purchased a 2009 **** ****** from this business in late August of 2022 for a price around $8,800.00. Immediately after purchase, multiple detrimental mechanical issues began to appear with the check engine light illuminated. Needed new fuel injectors and tire pressure sensors. Three cylinders are misfiring. There is a lean condition fault. Power steering is out & cannot turn the wheel. Missed work for multiple appointments to fix these issues under warranty. Scheduled me with ********* but didn’t schedule ********* with me, turned away, missed a day of work. Employees at the establishment have been disrespectful, condescending & has put me through hell. I am a single father that has been taken advantage by this business. I asked for a full reimbursement but refused. I’d like to get all of my money back from this vehicle at least. If I can also be compensated for the emotional distress that I’ve been put through, that would be amazing. I look forward to hearing back on how to resolve this issue. HI my name is MIKE owner of SUPERIORAUTOCARE, ******* purchased this vehicle on09/01/2022 and on the 21ST OF September he had a misfire and we replaced the injector under the warrantee at that time he made us aware of his tire light was on so he brought it to ********* on10/08/2022 and we put all 4tire sensors under the warrantee my cost we paid,He mentioned to ********* his check engine light came on,they said call me to set up a appointment,******* called us a week ago 2 months later and told us about the light,he refused to bring the vehicle in because he could not leave the vehicle with us,as of last friday we spoke and his ps went out i told him to bring the vehicle in to repair and refused again to bring the vehicle in.This vehicle was purchased on sept 1st 2022 it is now Dec 12th ******* had a 30 day warranty it is now 3 1/2months later and refuses to leave the vehicle with us to look at,THANK YOU MIKE

Originally your check engine light came on and we repaired the faulty injector on 9-21-22. You brought to my attention that the tire light came on and that was repaired on 10-8-22. After that we have not spoke to each other in almost 2 months. We are here 9-6 Monday-Friday and Saturday 9-3. This vehicle was NYS inspected, emissions and safety. I have no problem looking at your vehicle to see why your check engine light is on. You have been driving this vehicle for 2 months without bringing the car in to be fixed. Please give us a call to set up an appointment and we will gladly address the issue..Customer response
