I ordered Gi Style BDU pants ( Desert digital color/design ) on Oct 3rd,2023 ( Order # ***** )Received them on Oct 6th,2023 Too small ...Sent them back **** Approx Oct 10 th , 2023 @ cost of $10.50 Delivered to Grunt Force approx Oct 14th,2023 (****)There has been absolutely no response from them whatsoever. I have emailed them four times - starting on October 4th 2023 I have called them and left three messages... to reiterate - there has been absolutely no response to me from them concerning a simple refund... I ordered from GruntForce Tactical online and the order number was #*****. I got their product Coyote ************* Medium Transport Pack Backpack - Rothco Tactical MOLLE Bag 1 I also got free shipping promised by the company, and the total I paid was 61.99$ USD Total.It has now been 4 months of waiting to count so far, and I havent even received word my order was even placed. I reached out Via email to see what the problem is a few weeks ago, and didnt get a response so I double checked the contact information and sent a second email. Again without any response or any reassurance. I looked at the companies reviews and a few others had similar experiences where they havent gotten their product.Customer response

I placed my order #***** for the amount of $43.99 on September 4th and received a damaged item on September 8th. It was a shirt with an ink stain on the front. I considered it damaged and unwearable so I emailed Grunt Force the same day about returning it. In their policy it says that if an item is received damaged they will cover all reasonable shipping fees to return it. They responded on September 9th telling me to send it to their address. I wrote them back and said no problem and to please provide me with a shipping label. No response. I wrote again with no response and then a week later with no response. So, I paid the $12 it cost to send it back. I followed the tracking and it was received at their address on September 19th, 2022. I wrote them on the 23rd telling them it had been received and Id like my refund. No response. I last wrote them on September 30th and still havent received a response or a refund.Customer response
