I placed an order on Sept 15 2024, estimated processing and shipping said I would get my package in less than a week, after 2 weeks I inquired about my order through their website support team via email but received no feedback, I then requested a refund through customer service via email less than 30 days after my order was placed per their returns policy, i still have not received any feedback regarding my order, my refund, or even an acknowledgement that I have reached out to customer service.Customer response

I submitted for an order from this company on 2/1 for one of their products and was told it will be delivered prior to 2/14. After 2/14 came and went I submitted an email to support inquiring about my product. I got an auto response saying they would look into it. Since then I have emailed multiple times and still have not received any response. At this point I want my order canceled and my money refunded.Customer response

Ordered an item and was charge $56.27, and the wrong product was sent. I messaged customer service about a replacement and was told they would get it sent as soon as possible. It has now been a week since then, and I am no longer hearing back. I have requested a refund multiple times and the business will not get in contact with me.
