On 3/17/22 , I went to **** ********** *** ************ ** ***** for what was supposed to be eyelash services at Minkdbymackenzie . After, the service the lashes were not as they were supposed to look and it appeared Mackenzie M **** ***** ********** email ************************ did not have the skills to even fix what she did. She informed me that she did not attend cosmetology school and was not even certified . This information was disclosed at the end of the service. I was not aware of this. My eyes were red and as drove home began to burn. In the middle of the night ( 3:00 am 3/18/22) I woke up with blood shot eyes. I immediately contacted the merchant. At 6:49 am She apologized and told me it was probably to where she place the tape. She also told me that she was free from the 12-3. I was in so much pain I went to the my ophthalmologist She informed that I had chemical burns on my eyes and inflammation due to the service. This was not an allergic reaction. This was due to the poor placement of the tape and lack education of the staff. I then had to receive eye drops with a script form the pharmacy. I then contacted the merchant and informed her of what the doctor told me. I also told her I would like a refund from the deposit, and the reminder $85.00 paid in cash. The merchant told me she doesn’t do refunds and proceeded to block me so I have no way to get in contact with her. She Is running an illegal business without proper state certification or licensing. She is causing harm to peoples eyes and still running this illegal business without any training. She may also be running the business from appt ** ******* *** ****** ******Business response

I, MacKenzie M owner of MINK’D by MacKenzie, provided eyelash services to ***** ******* 3/18/2022. ***** texted and informed me that her eyelash line was bothering her and she was going to the doctor for whatever was wrong. With courtesy, I let her know when I was available to remove them for her. She began to demand a refund. I informed her that i do not provide refunds, as part of my policy but i would remove them as she’d like. ***** was not agreeing and began to make rude remarks and false accusations. She would not stop and began to harris’s me and have other people contact me after i respectfully reminded her of my policy and how we could settle the situation. I use the same products on everyone, the same tape & techniques. It is not of my mistake that she had a reaction. She had got them done before and knows the ins and outs of eyelash services. I am certified to do lashes and also Covid -19 and ********* certified. , therefore her claiming that i’m not is not true as she does not even know me. I hope this issue can be resolved fairly as I am not at fault. Thank you
