Dealership is running a deceitful, unscrupulous “contest” via mailers. They confirmed that I had won, made me an appointment to pick up my prize. After reading the rules and the fine print I was still dubious but the woman (Heather) on the phone confirmed there was no purchase necessary and after I picked up my prize I could feel free to look around but I didn’t have to. When I arrived the salesman (Jefferson) took my info, checked my mailer and then asked if I was interested in trading in my car (brand new *****) to which I said no. He then said ok let me go check with the manager and we’ll get your prize. After he came back and took me to a display with all the available prizes and then said oh see your number doesn’t match- you don’t get these prizes. He then took my flier and went around the corner and came back without it and a $5 bill and said here is your prize at least you can get a coffee. I asked for my flier back so I would have the fine print and he wouldn’t give it to me. I can’t imagine how this would bring in business. I can’t imagine how you could work in a place that does something like this. I am in the market for a truck in the next 3-6 months (I buy my vehicles in cash) and they’ve helped me decide that I don’t want to look at their dealership.

Very unprofessional, and unreliable on their word/committment. I was absolutely told over the phone to please come to the business so they could buy my car for an offer that was given to me on August 6, 2022. Jamie R. and Aaron W. both contacted me by email regarding the opportunity to buy my car. Jefferson E. was our rep at the location. I told Jefferson not to begin the meeting if we were not there for them to buy my car. Jefferson started with the research paperwork anyways. The general manager and the appraiser drove my car. They offered me a much lower offered to purchase my car. I left with my vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership.

This company brings people in with advertising scams, with game boards that get people to believe they won a nice prize. So they drive over to pick up their prize, only to be told they misunderstood and they only ended with a $5 ******* gift card. It cost more to drive there! They try to get you to buy a vehicle before they tell you this. When you don't, then they tell you it was a misunderstanding, that prize isn't what you won. I won a 60" HDTV, and they wouldn't give it too me
