The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, complete fraud. ******* replaced my apple watch battery and in a couple of weeks the screen got detached while I was wearing watch and got broken. The refused to replace the screen saying that it's not their fault even though they attached the screen after replacing battery. When I went there ******* who performed the service called his father cause he didn't know what to do and father was very rude and said "I don't know why your screen got detached, it's not us "

Terrible. They are a complete scam. They act like they are going to custom fit your phone and give you a awesome shatterproof case. I ordered a case for my Zfold on January 5th and paid over 50 dollars. I had to text the owner son multiple times and finally got the case out on February 25. Granted the zfold cases have mostly bad reviews because of the design of the phone. But for over 50 dollars I expect it to stay on for at least a year. The top cover literally started falling off after two weeks. The guy took my phone number and acted like the purpose was for warranty. But they only have a 7 day exchange policy. That in itself is a red flag. Being that they boast about quality and price hike they products. I assume they know their products are ****, hence the 7 day policy. So the top started falling off several times a day maybe five times at least. And when I dropped the phone more than once the top part of the case easily came off, immediately! which caused my phone to get scratched. I went back to the mall because the man put in my phone number for a warranty trekking me it was good for a year and acted like he had no idea what it what I was talking about and just said that he put my phone number in for record purposes and stared up at the ceiling. He then told me to speak to his father which was a stand downstairs and he called his father to let him know I was coming. The father was completely unhelpful and then shows me another case I'm like hello I just bought a case?! Why would I pay an additional $60 because that case was even more expensive if the one you gave me was complete c*** Shout or to the guy who works for the crooks who helped tape the case back on. Other then him, the father and son duo are scam artists and they're products are c*** Don't believe anything they say. They only want you to spend more money instead of being honest sellers. They should be removed from the ******************!

**** the *********** son ***** are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever met. 2 weeks ago my wife and I came by. I needed a iPhone 12 fixed for my daughter and my wife needed her iPhone 13 back glass fixed. He told me it would be $340 to fix both phones. He told me 15 min. I come back an hour later to them trying to lie there way out of the fact that they had broken my daughters iPhone 12. The iPhone 13 screen stopped working a week later and I went to a local repair shop to find out that ***************************** had installed the cheapest aftermarket screen out there. He charged me $170 where I paid $75 at my local shop. I was given no refund for the broken phone. They cursed my wife and I out in Russian thinking I dont speak the language. The owner **** said word for word that Staten Island Residents are poor idiots and love to spend money thats why he can make up prices as he goes. I spoke to other customers with similar phones and issues and no one who has went to them came out a happy customer. All 4 of there kiosks should be shut down and these crooks need to be removed from the mall. End of the day they cost me a brand new phone and even stole parts from the inside of my wifes iPhone 13. My daughters phone is still in there possession and I didnt receive my money back or the phone back. They claim they are still trying to fix it. Although they originally said that somehow its water damaged and cannot be fixed after charging me $340 for back glass. If the phone couldnt be fixed why charge me for the repair and refuse to give me a refund? If I ever see the owner outside of the mall. Hes going to get a beat down. Please no one give them your business. They just want to rip people off selling fake parts, cases and accessories. Go to a local phone repair shop instead. You will save money and hopefully soon ******** will remove these disgusting people from the mall. He treats customers and his own employees like **** He curses at customers. Horrible.
