Date of Transaction : 12/24/2021 I sent a brand new Iphone 13 pro *** to them and they promised to pay me $1060 for the same, as soon as they receive the phone from my end. The order number is #************. They received the phone from me on 12/29/2021 and then said that they will send the check to upon inspection. The next day (12/30/2021), they sent an email saying that the inspection is done and they are ready to send the payment. They sais that ****** will charge 3% of the transaction and so sending the check may be a better option. I agreed and they gave me a **** tracking number - **********************. It has been around 4 days now and the **** tracking continues to say "Shipping Label created, **** awaiting the item to be sent to them for shipping". I have tried reaching out to IGotOffer.com and they always say that it is typical of **** and that they might not have scanned the mail etc. etc. I am not sure about thier intention here. I have asked them to cancel the check and pay directly to ****** but they are not ready for that. I have also asked to return the phone and cancel the transaction itself but have got no reply. I am not going to get my money here unless BBB help me here. This was very disappointing.Initial Complaint

I was quoted a price to sell my used iPhone. Sent the phone in, received the check for $393.00 and deposited it. Two days later my bank notifies me the check bounced bc of insufficient funds. Im out both my phone and $393. Ive contacted them via email over a week ago and no response.Initial Complaint

I sold my Apple I Watch to them and never received a check in the amount of $100.00 as promised via email. I have tried to contact the company twice by phone leaving detailed messages both times. No response. I also emailed them and received no response. This check was supposedly mailed on November 16, 2021 and it is now Dec. 1, 2021.
