I filed a claim with this company after ************ a moving company they insure, broke many items during my move from *** to ** in October, 2021. I followed their instructions for filing a claim but received no communication from them about setting up the interview within the required window. Before the window closed, I called again and was able to set up the interview, which did take place. After I submitted all my photos, documentation, and information, I called the center again to make sure that they were received and see if there was anything else I needed to submit. They said they had received it on time and that there was nothing else needed to submit.Then I heard nothing from them. After the six-month window they had given me I called again and the phone operator said they would have a supervisor look into it and that I should have a resolution within a few days. When I didn't hear back from them after several weeks, I called again and they said the case had been archived and that it would take another two months to reopen it. I called after the 60 days and was told it was on a supervisor's desk and that I should have a resolution in a few days. A few weeks later, after hearing nothing, I once again called to see if they had a resolution. Again, "in a few days". Finally, on 12/20/22 I received a letter denying my claim but offering $147.60 if I would sign a document that said I would not *** them, which I refused as it is far below the $0.60/lb of the materials that were broken. I filed the initial claim on 10/15/21.I called them over and over over 14 months asking for help filing the claim and to make sure that they had all the documentation they needed. They said they did, and then denied the claim. This complaint is for your information, because I believe that the lack of communication and failure to answer my questions about the claim is what led to my claim being denied.Customer response

WE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF DAMAGE FROM A MOVE TO ******* FROM *************. ***** ************* ******* ****. THE CLAIM PROCESSING PEOPLE( I THICK ADJUSTERS) HAVE ***** THE PROCESS SINCE OCTOBER. THE ***** IS STILL ON. THER MAY BE COLUSSION BETWEEN THE ***** AND C.P.C. OUR CLAIM IS FOR $1000"S OF DOLLARS,
