Made a purchase to retailer. Did not make any progress with order until reaching out after ********************************************************** order to process order. Made a online order on 9/27/22 totaling $101.88. 10/9/22 I got email stating my package was delivered. I never received the package. I checked to verify i entered my address correctly, verified it was entered correctly as *************************** ****************************************************************************************** When checking the website address line #2 was cut off when the shipping label was created sending the package to a different PO Box. 10/11/22 I contacted the vendor via email to state my package was never received and that it looks like part of my shipping address might have gotten cut off from the shipping lable they created. I got a phone call from ********************* that same day, 10/11/22. I explained what happened and he agreed it was odd the address got cut off and assured me he would reship the order. I felt reassured. I sent a follow up email on 10/22/22 and never got a response, I again sent an email on 10/27/22 stating if I did not get an update or a refund I would have to contest the payment with my credit card provider. I got an immediate response stating he would not issue a refund or resend my order until they got a return package. I stated I needed a resolution for the issue stating the shipping label error was on the vendors side. He argued it was my fault for adding part of my address on address line 2 which gets cut off all the time and is not valid. I would like a refund please.Customer response
