I have to say B&B Roofing and Siding absolutely lives up to their reputation in both scheduling and work quality especially.My two-car garage took on serious storm damage back in August. I already had an initial quote for repairs, but my insurance company wanted a second one.Not having dealt with an insurance claim I really didn't know where to start. It was important for me to ensure that I find a company that will get the work done, correctly.Based on multiple positive reviews I called to receive an estimate. ****** was just great. She took her time, answered all my questions and laid out how they will get the repairs done. Then she scheduled our inspection/estimate.***** (****) came to the house to survey the damages. I was at work and my wife was at home. ***** took his time, let my wife get me on the phone and answered all our questions. ***** is a true gentleman and was very respectful of our time and property.I had a detailed estimate within 48 hours of *****'s departure.Of course waiting on the insurance company to go through their internal process was a pain, but ****** maintained contact and did not pressure us in getting them there any sooner. As soon as our settlement was in ****** was able to get us right onto the schedule.On the day of work the B&B Siding Team showed up at 7:45am with an army. Needed an entire new roof w/ shingles and rafter/structure/soffit and siding repairs. The entire team were professional and very respectful of my property. 6.5 hours later and I had a new roof!Weather delayed *************** but they again showed up as rescheduled and both Pawel and ****** kept me apprised every step of the way.I have a full enclosed gutter and Pawel made sure the gutter install team was aware of that.Money well spent!The entire experience was regarding in the end as I have my garage back, better than ever. Peace of mind that the job was done right!

*** ruined my roof and caused one of my bedrooms to be ruined. Added to my problem were the solar panels on my roof. The parent company is in ********** and their local affiliate who put them on in 2013 was out of business. I found B&B on the Better Business Bureau and called, desperate for help. That same day the office called and ****** set up appointment - ***** came and he was an answer to a prayer. He was at my home for over an hour, looking not only on the roof but in my attic. He found some evidence of improper installation of panels and did all he could to patch up so rain wouldn't flood me again. But it took from Sept 1st - multiple calls each day to ********** to remove the panels so my roof could be fixed - until Oct 30th when the panels were finally removed. ***** kept in touch with me during that time to make sure there was no further flooding. Finally they pushed up my date to Nov 11th and now I do not have to worry about further destruction! They removed my old roof and installed the new one in one day, with all trash in a dumpster. This company is honorable and always available through office, cell phone and email. They have financing available - I would not go with any other!!
