They are by far the worst people to ever deal with!!!!! They call non stop they email non stop and not to mention they send VERY NASTY text messages!!! Makes you want to text them back and tell them send me your location.. To be honest they do not even deserve not one star not even a half of one..Review from Brandi G

These people are the worst the harass you via text messages and email and phone calls for your account my son has emergency brain surgery and they could care less called me endlessly in the hospital when I already made a payment arrangement and once after I had already paid! They are rude and unprofessional and no one there is on the same page and theres no point in making a payment arrangement ** they still call email and text you like crazy even when your on a payment plan !Review from Lois P

Shi**y, they harass you endlessly. Doesnt matter if youre going through major issues in your life. These people dont give an ounce of care about your personal problems. Not even if your family dies. These people have the audacity to collect and or threatened to repossess your car. Dont trust them. Save yourself the headache, the stress, the time. They will not understand you and will make your life miserable. You can miss 1 or 2 payments, they dont care if youre working or driving they will blow up your phone. They lie about trying to help fix your car. And send you constant texts, emails calls, from different numbers. Its ridiculous. Never again, by the way, *** paid more to fix the car then the whats owed to it. First and last mistake I ever do,Review from Shanice M
