I had a conference call with ***** a sales rep, but I wanted to do my own research. A month later i reached back out to ***** and let him know im interested in getting the Laser Machine. He put me back in contact with ************ put the taxes down $21k for the machine on 11/29/22. She wasnt sure when my machine would come in.My training was scheduled for 12/19/22 my machine still wasnt ready so ***** brought her machine in for training days prior. My training was with ***** she was lovely we trained from 9:30-12:30. During training I brought my mother who is a retired police office and the receptionist at the salon. ***** was sitting in the waiting area with a friend with their machine for me to do facial services for spot checks. I was not interested in that machine nor learning that stuff and asked them to leave. They where gossiping the whole time and falsifying things that i could do with the machine that later my trainer ***** said my machine does not do. Training was done by 12:30. ***** texted me later that afternoon to let me know my machine was ready. I told her i would not be around and I would tell the receptionist to let her in. While ***** was in my salon putting my laser machine together, my camera is always on in my waiting area she proceeded to gossip about her life and the company to a friend over the phone. She got caught up and didnt put the machine together properly. She told her friend owe well it should still work. Her friend replied that person paid $150k you cant just leave it like that. She cleaned up alil of her mess and left. I reviewed these vidoes that night and was furious. When i came to my salon the next morning she left it a mess with garbage, i went thru the garage and found the missing pieces she left behind. I texted ***** a picture and told her i found these and she said dont worry about it its extra parts. I was busy the last two weeks of the year. January 3rd I went to use the machine and noticed it didnt have any filters, I texted ***** to let her know she said she will het me filters. By January 6th i didnt hear from ***** so i called corporate about not having filters. Corporate said they would send some. I called corporate again January 7th and they still didnt mail out the filters, i let them know i cant use the machine. They insured me i would get some by that Monday January 9th. I came to my salon January 10th I had a delivery of filters from corporate, ***** came unannounced with filters as well but noticed that i had some filters and took some of the filters she gave me. The next day i tried to use my machine but i kept getting an error message. I contacted corporate, ***** and *****. Nobody was able to help me. By January 17th I felt defeated I had this machine a month and was not able to use it and the communication with this company was pointless. I emailed corporate to let them know i want them to start the return process. Nobody ever got back to me. They have no refund policy and this machine is not working I want nothing to do with this company just my money back. ***** told me i cant get my money back because i did training and the ceo said no. I have been in this field for 20 years im a teacher and a state board ******* and I have never experienced anything like this.
