I dropped off my ***** watch off to get the battery replaced in October 2023, I was told a week after dropping it off that they were waiting on parts. I know that the family has a few deaths in december and the holidays i waited until Jan 2024 to get back in touch to get my watch. I called around the second week in January 2024 got no answer waited another week still nothing back from them. Sent texts with no reply. in Feb 2024 I reached out again to get my watch at this point thought ill just get a brand new one and call it a loss on my end. I went to the shop they said they needed to put it back together come back the following week. Went back the following week was told that "they cant find my watch they would continue to look for it and give me a call when they found it" Wen back the next week after they said that they had to break the screen and that the repairs would be more than the watch is worth but they cant find it. Went there 2/28/2024 to get the watch as planned they "gave up on finding it and that they would try to look again and if they couldnt find it they would refund me 30$ because thats what the watch is worth.Business response

BBB spoke to Juan at the business and the following was relayed:
We did try to remove the battery for the customer and it is very small to work with and the screen did break. We offered to either buy her a new one or give her $130 to buy a new one. She took the money. If she needs help to find a watch if she has not already, she can contact us and we will help her.

BBB spoke to Juan at the business and the following was relayed: We were closed for 3 days due to a family emergency, this was a misunderstanding. This has been taking care of and the customer has received back their ***.Customer response
