As the President of ******* ***** ***** * ****** ********* *** located in ******, Ohio I was referred to M**** Billing and Collect via ******* ***** an *** system service. I entered into a contract in Nov 2022 with *** to complete credentialing and health insurance enrollments for me as a Health Care Provider for my new business that had just opened the doors on 11/7/22. Ms. M**** and I discussed this at length when establishing the agreement for services however she failed to sign the agreement when she received the document back from me which she has since pointed out to me. At this point she has overcharged me interest at a flat fee of 18% not an APR of 18% in late charges; she has added additional fees on invoices that are inaccurate that and she has not completed work I have paid for. However, to settle this matter and close any further interactions I would settle for a copy of all documents related to ALL Insurance ENROLLMENTS as she stated in her email of June 15, 2023 to me that she would provide those documents. She has not done so as of this date and I have tried repeated even seeking legal assistance, certified mail (of which she has refused acceptance of), telephone calls. The issue is the insurance companies are requesting said documentation from me and I do not have it. He company does, specifically Mr. ****** ***** is the one that completed or partially completed the work on my enrollments. These documents are necessary so that I can correct what needs to be corrected with the insurance companies so that medical claims for my clients/patients can be paid and my business can operate. My correct bill amount should have been $2,476.04. That is giving her credit for completion of 4 contracts that were still in pending status. Now months later I find out that there are several insurance contracts that are in severe disarray. This all has to be corrected now and I am trying to do this without the documentation, and she refuses to cooperate with me.Business response

Good Afternoon, Thank you for you email. These are completely false accusations. I actually under charged the provider as she was not charged for two of the enrollments that my company completed. The provider was 6 months deliquent in paying her invoice. Then, got disgrunlted when she was charged late fees. I terminated our contract and she was provided all documents that were given to my company by various insurance carriers several times. She had to sign these said contracts before they are submitted to insuarce carriers further solidifiying the validity of my company giving her the docuemnts. It's impossible to submit a contract to an insurance company with out the provider signing the contract. She most certainly has the documents. She harasses my company daily for no reason at all. Calls 3-4 times a day, I have asked her to only communicate through her attorney if she has one because of this behavior. Further more, my company is being reoganized to the state of SC. Most Sincerely,
