One of their senior solar consultants, *****************************, harasses Christians online. He ****** them to rapists, slave holders, murderers, etc in his ******** posts on other people's pages. Keep in mind, these claims he makes are unsolicited posts on other people's pages to mock and bully them. Why would RWE want someone like this working for them? Especially when he is doing it while publicly advertising that he works for RWE.One of the posts I've seen was a sick meme posted on Saturday 1/6/24 on the ******** page of ***************************. I would post the screenshot if I could, but I am not allowed here.Not sure why RWE wants to have hateful people representing them. He openly disdains probably 70% of their customer base. Doesn't seem like a wise decision.Review from Bret K

After signing a contract for residential solar estimated to take 5 months it has taken 14 months and the job is not complete. The utility (UI) may be to blame for some months, but much of the delays seem to be avoidable or the fault of Con Edison Solutions. Perhaps worst, Con Edison Solutions failed to notify the bank financing the project about the delays or ask for extensions, so the bank will no longer offer the low interest rates originally proposed by Con Edison Solutions. With inflation and rates all going up, financing is in flux. The latest proposal offered to me is more than twice the monthly rate for a loan than what Con Edison originally offered.Review from Michael F

Since last August (2021) stopped receiving monthly bills by mail and on the website "my account" for unknown reason. My payment was set to automatic, so withdrawals of 6-7 hundred every 6-7 months was painful. Last bill was in August,2021. My numerous calls, chats, e-mails were unsuccessful. Nobody could explain to me what is going on. They just promised to fix everything and never did. Now probably they will send a bill for 13 months or more. How can I pay this amount at once? Why nobody replied to e-mails. Phone calls and chats were promised to fix everything. It's so disgusting. I'd dropped them long time ago, but they have a monopoly. Some bills coming by mail, but they all say "no payment due". That's impossible since August 2021.Review from Nyoka W

Con Edison is over charging customers... My **** for 1 month for a 1 bedroom apartment is $569.. This is unfair... this is greed.
