      I purchased a wine fridge from Wine Enthusiast (through ******* about 7-8 years ago and from day one, the fridge's LED panel wasn't working properly (it was dark and I couldn't see the numbers). The LED panel was replaced at least 7 times and I still kept having the same issue. The last time I called was over a year ago and they only sent me the part and said it is out of warranty. I argued that it is a lemon since it had problems since the day I received it. I am disabled and cannot get around so it takes me a lot of effort to even write this complaint. The company takes no responsibility and told me I am out of luck.

      I started a conversation with this business during a sale event. Albeit, I started late in the day, their sale was still on. After my last message I sent, I was informed their specialist was no longer available that day, however the sale was still active. The next day, and still today (8/17/2022) when looking at their website, an item is shown on the search page at one price, yet when clicking on the *** to bring up specifics, the price is $400 higher. I'm my opinion, they should honor the lower price. Especially since the same item has been shown on the search results page at the lower price 5 days AFTER I first alerted the company about it. They will not respond to my emails. Very disappointed that they will not respond. All I got from them is an apology of sorts, yet they still won't change the pricing on the search result page. That is just luring potential customers and misleading them.

      I wish I had read the reviews on **** and BBB before ordering from WE. In October 2021 I purchased a wine cooler. November 30th I received an e-mail advising that it had been shipped. December 16th in the morning I called and spoke with ****** who informed me she would call the shipper and call me back. No return phone call was made. On December 16th in the afternoon I again called and spoke with ******** who had the same spiel. December 17th I called and spoke with ******** who said she would e-mail the shipper and will wait for a response and call me back. AGAIN NO RETRUN PHONE CALL! I again called in the afternoon on December 17 and was given the same spiel. Fast-forward to January 8....I emailed WE to find out the status of my order. The response I got from ***************************** was as follows: Please see the status of your order via carrier.?As per the carrier AM home delivery, they will be in communication with you to schedule the delivery ?date and time.??We apologize for the delay and any and all inconveniences.Well, I did not order from the shipper; I ordered from WE. If the shipper that WE hired is not performing, then you find another shipper. WE is not performing as I expected, so next time I will find another supplier. Had I known that this cooler was actually being shipped via ******* I would have gone to the store and bought it myself. I don't know where this cooler is coming from, but I could have strapped it to a turtle and gotten it delivered faster. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! LOOK AT BBB.ORG FOR MORE BAD REVIEWS!!!
