I currently reside at an apartment complex owned by this business. At the time of signing my apartment lease, we were under different (better) management. After the new owners took over, things have changed in a way that makes living here comfortably, impossible. The way we pay rent is restricted to money order or cash only when the previous owner had online payments set up. As a tenant who can't afford to skip work and school to make it to the bank on the first of every month, it makes paying rent on-time, impossible. Additionally, after the washers and dryers have broken down and "ate" over three dollars in quarters from me, as I'm sure others, the new management refuses to pay the quarters back or fix the machines. He feels it's an inconvenience and can't be bothered.Business response

Response taken by phone: Rental payments can be submitted by check or you can make arrangements through your bank. The washer and dryer have been repaired and new one ones have been ordered.
