I had an issue with my burner on Tuesday. I called and ***** was at my house within the hour. After checking some things,he said i needed a new burner which was replaced on Friday by ******. Both were knowledgeable and professional. ****** made sure that everything was working and cleaned up before he left. I am very pleased with Tragar and haven't had any issues with them.

**************** Is a service tech for Tragar. I have had ****** several times over several years. He is professional at all times. ****** displays a genuine concern for the customer's needs. He goes way beyond the basics and thrives to complete his task no matter what. Recently he was able to get me up and running when I thought it would be impossible. He has the determination to keep on going even when things get difficult for him. What a great guy. What a great asset to the Tragar family. Thank you

As an existing Tragar customer, I knew i wanted to go with them for my oil tank replacement. ************ was very professional i knew right away once he walked through the door that i wanted Tragar to do the job. Unlike other companies **** was on time and explained the process and laid everything out on the table with all possible options. Tragar was able to accommodate to my schedule and again were on time for the installation. The 2 install techs that did the job were very professional, no cutting corners and were nice enough to explain and show what was done. From the extremely clean install to how they got the new tank down the basement in the tightest of spaces shows they know what they are doing. And shoutout to *** who has been servicing me for the past 2 years, he's very professional and knowledgeable. And to ******** and office staff who have been very helpful as well

TERRIBLE!! TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY!!!! Had them for 5yrs old owner recommended. They take advantage of the elderly. My mother is **************************************************************************************************************************** my area, came put in some oil to get through night then came next day filled up argued with me that it was not there fault & try to charge her extra from coming out the night before. Every year they send out and call for annual review of contract which is over $300 (FYI all other companies are asking less the 1/2 of that) they never called. On auto delivery, came in sept, oct, november filled tank between ***** gallons. December came said they needed to fill 157 gallons, meanwhile in NY we have had 60 degree weather, no change in household from prior months & to boot they changed the oil price with no notice. They stated they "called". This all happened right after christmas with no warning they charged my mother more then double whats she paying on a fix income. When I called, they could care less. No call back, then a rude man named ***** acted as if I was bothering him, told me "sooo what would like me to do about it", I emailed company and heard nothing back, they are far from a "family run business", must be some shady family! Go to other companies, cheaper service plan, cheaper oil, they pick up calls and work with the elderly.

First off, ******* introduced himself at the door and was very professional from the start. He listened to what I had to say about my issues with the burner and jumped right in. For a *****************, he knew exactly what to do, explaining to me what the issues were and fixed the problem with my burner, like a seasoned veteran!! I'm in my house almost 40 years and had different technicians service the burner and I have to say *************************** is one of the best techs I've seen!!! Tragar Fuel, you are lucky to have ******* representing your company!! Thank you ******* for fixing my burner and making it run smooth again!!
