Accepted proposal from landscaper in November 2021, gave deposit, contactor has not started work, has given excuses, and has not responded to any of our recent attempts to contact him. We sent a letter cancelling the contract for lack of performance and demanding refund of our $ 5000.00 deposit with no response by contractor. We would like our money back and do not wish to do business with this contractor because of his inaction and unresponsivenessBusiness response

Response taken by phone: The customer contacted us last fall to have a landscaping job done. We told him we would try to fit him in before winter but if not, we would do the job in the spring. They reached out in the spring to see when we could get them on the schedule but we were booked. They decided not to wait and requested a refund. We sent the customer a check, certified mail as soon as were were notified.
