This is a similar experience to others.-They added an extra $3000 fee if we were to buy the car outright. When we asked for the fees purpose, they said it was a new law. They wouldn't give any other information on it. We suspect New Babylon Honda lied.-We were offered a 16% interest rate - we have excellent credit scores so this was ridiculous. We found an outside loan with a realistic interest rate. I called to make sure this was OK and was told yes.-After running multiple hard credit checks, the financial director refused our approved loan. When asked why, instead of answering, he told me to "stop raising my voice or I'll ask you to leave." I was not raising my voice. I repeated my question. Again, he said to stop raising my voice. He also said that I had a tone. This was NOT said to my male partner who asked the same question in the same "tone". The disparate treatment feels misogynistic. Mind you, this was after we put down a large $$$ deposit, so I deserved an answer.-They performed several hard credit checks on us when we already had a loan. We asked them not to do this. The bank said there was no reason for the dealership to perform them. We now have several hard credit inquiries with nothing but wasted time to show for it.It is clear that they have no interest in building client relationships and will do manipulative tactics to avoid answering questions. They operated dishonestly with us from beginning to end.

The New Babylon Honda employees are complete liars. I am not sure how what they do is legal. They ran numbers for finance payments and presented them to me stating the numbers were based on a national average of 9.5% interest rate. They said after my credit was ran the numbers could be lower or higher based on my credit. The numbers were actually for a rate of 17%. They then ran my credit but told me they couldnt give me my rate until I paid them $500. The salesman lied about the warranty , stating there was 4 years left bumper to bumper. We found out later after we pressed the issue there was 1 year left. The finance manager lied about the rate presented in the numbers. This dealership shouldnt be in business because they will do and say anything to get you in a car, regardless of truths.

This company is so untrustworthy. They did a bait and switch to get us in the door. We paid for a babysitter and my husband took off work so that we could make sure to get the car we were told existed. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time or money. They lied over the phone as well as straight to our face. If I could give zero stars I would.

I called before going there to verify the price for my mother who is 82 years old and in a ******. Their BDC, ******* assured me that there would only be an additional $699 Destination fee over the price listed on www.cargurus.com. I repeated 2 or 3 times that there are no hidden fees. When she got their and took it for a test drive she wanted to purchase the vehicle they tried adding on over $3000 in additional fees. ***Rip Off Alert ***for sure! I called the Sales Manager, ***** and he was extremely unprofessional.

***RIP OFF ALERT*** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BABYLON HONDA!!! (Read below for a deeper reason to buy your next car somewhere else!)My 82 year old father leased a 2021 Honda Pilot EX through Babylon Honda on July 30, 2022. My father assumed Babylon Honda was an ethical and a community based dealership - He was terribly WRONG. Babylon Honda then proceeded to lease him a USED 2021 Honda Pilot EX with ****** miles on it for a "Agreed Upon Value of Vehicle" of $49,223.31. Working with others in the car industry who agreed that this price was significantly over inflated, I was able to pull up the original MSRP of the 2021 Honda Pilot EX, which was $38,455.00. This means my father paid a full $10,768.31 above the cost of this vehicle when it was new.Additionally, I pulled the fair market value of the 2021 Honda Pilot EX he leased, which came out to $37,230. This means my father paid a full $11,993.31 more than the current fair market value of the vehicle. Totally unethical! After speaking with *** (the General Manager) he tried to explain that it is not unusual for car dealerships to make $10,000 - $12,000 on every car since there is less volume and they have to make a profit on individual cars. He also explained that if 4 people bought the same vehicle that each person would pay a different price. Lastly, he told me that my father agreed to the this price. At the end, *** from Babylon Honda, took several days to review, "reach out to the bank," but ultimately chose to disconnect without correcting the problem as I contacted Honda Corporate officials to notify them of this issue. I also mentioned that I would be contacting the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and the Attorney General to investigate this unethical behavior. DO NOT TRUST BABYLON HONDA as they are unethical and took advantage of my 82 year old father. *****DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT BABYLON HONDA*****
