The rude woman at the front desk was double-charging me. She wanted a cash payment because I am self-employed and have a high-deductible plan. Fine, but even though I told her that ******* approved the sessions of physical therapy. She then proceeded to submit the bills to my insurance plan while also charging me in person. I quit going there, and notified my physical therapist as to why and she has been trying to get a refund of the overpayment to me. However, everyone that seems to be involved in administration and billing is ignoring my request and phone calls. I don't know what is going on there, but something isn't right.Customer response
