Around Oct 2023, I filed a fraud dispute claim that was resolved and found to be valid because none of the charges were on my Amazon Prime account. Mistakenly on Monday, I sent a msg thinking Amazon Marketplace made another fraudulent charge on my account. It turns out I was wrong and for the first time when I used Prime, the charge came up as Amazon Marketplace for $22.+My issue is, the fact that NFFCU reversed all charges on my acct total almost $400.00 including charges they already determined were fraud. Charges already confirmed were not mine by Amazon themselves. This reverse of funds also occurred with no notice. I want my funds reimbursed and I would appreciate if NFFCU utilized their fraud **** for the right purposes and not allow a useless customer service representative to be unwilling to help and give customers the benefit of a doubt. I can understand if a mistake was made. Either by computer or human, but the employee I tried to explain situation to on Jan24 approx 12pm was not cooperative and very inconsiderate. I truly believe if she forwarded the issue to a supervisor or the fraud ****, there could've been some resolve without contacting BBB. Thank youInitial Complaint

They keep charging a $3 fee for paper statements even though I have opted out of this many times.On January 20th, while 9 months pregnant, I had to go to a physical branch to opt out of receiving paper statements in person because I could not get anyone on the phone.I started getting charged again on March 31st and June 30th for $3 each. I contacted their customer service, they did not refund the last statement balance as was promised by them, and they told me they do not see me enrolled in paperless statement billing. AGAIN I changed this option to stop being billed. Now on September 30th I got billed again for the same thing $3.Pictures of the exchanges attached.
