In addition, when we went to court, and I instructed her that I did not want to go to court, but rather to employ amicable negotiations, she filed with the court an action that led to an appearance. In court, opposing council stated, and this is in the official transcript, that DePalma's "of council" representative (who actually has her own firm, effectively outsourcing my case without my consent), altered a critical document and filed it with the court without presenting it to opposing council. This conduct exposed me to the potential penalty of paying my interlocutor's legal fees. When this information was presented to the judge, she did not object. Rather she sat stone faced and stared straight ahead. But my dissatisfaction is about more than money. Her conduct did irreparable damage to my relationship with my daughter. Hiring her was disastrous for my life. Please do not hire Hannon and DePalma. You are better of Pro Se.
