This is a complete scam company. They take your money and do not have any leads. They promise to refund you after three attempts but they don’t and even try to connect you with a fake “live call” so they can say they met their contract. A total scammer. Even call in clients called them out on a call with me. Should be banned in the US

Plain and simply put, this company is likely a SCAM. They cold-called my office and offered "cold-calling" to home/property owner services. I agreed to try them. I have attached a PDF with the proof of the business agreement and the payment I made to them for $500.00. They gave me a guarantee to provide 'seller' leads. This was initiated/commenced on May 2nd,2024. It has now been over 5 months and not only have they provided me with ZERO leads, but they do not respond to my requests for addressing this. After I reached out to them via documented phone calls and emails (many--over 50 communications since June). When I get them on the phone, the person tells me they cannot help me and that I need to speak to a "manager". But the "manager" is somehow never available to get onto the call when I make phone contact with a representative. They then tell me they have to submit my request and a manager will call me back. They have told me this, or something similar, well over 10 (no exaggeration - i have all the calls/emails and texts) times now. This company is making false agreements to take the consumer's money and then shows ZERO intention to do what was guaranteed by them. After months of communicating to them requesting the leads begin to come in, I have then formally requested to them via phone calls, texts and emails that they refund me my money. They play a game over and over of not having the appropriate manager available and that they will have them get back to me, but after doing this well over 10 times now it is clear this is their way of avoidance. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

Total Scam. These people are crooks. Do not fall for what they promise. I give them a negative 10 star rating and they should be prosecuted.

DO NOT USE GROWIN ESTATES!!! Brutal customer service Months and months and still not one qualified Lead. I wish I had read these reviews and saved my self some money.I would give zero stars if that was an option. It has been likely 4-5 months, maybe longer since I purchased their package. They had a great sales pitch for leads. I have only received maybe that many leads in that length of time, not one has been qualified or expected my call. The last one last week is already working with a realtor and wondered why I was calling them, wow, great qualifying Grow Estates. I have asked for a refund as this is obviously a USA based company that has zero success in ****** where I am based out of. They keep saying they are going to improve but that they refuse to refund my money. I did my part, I call and follow up on all the leads, 4-5 in as many months....... brutal customer service, if I treated my clients this way, I wouldn't be in business. My advice is to stay away, especially if you are in ******. I hope this review saves at least one realtor from throwing away their money on these losers.

No star. Not even a like. This company is a scam sadly. Very good at taking my Money but did zero. They promised all kinds of things and delivered none. Stay away. Dont do it. Empty promises.

Absolute scam stay far away. Completely unprofessional and disingenuous. I'm not sure how they have a license to operate in the **, but it should be revoked immediately.

Extreme dissatisfaction with the leads and NO LUCK WITH A REFUND.I have experienced extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of this lead generation service, as evidenced by the only three leads we have received.The leads you sent us are: 1. Had no clue why we would be calling, the 2nd will not answer the phone and the Last lead had already purchased a home in *******. This raises questions about the quality and timeliness of the leads you are providing. This was most concerning; it was a wasted opportunity for us. Getting this company to actually send you any leads is like pulling teeth. They need constant reminders. After my demand for refund, they stopped servicing our account entirely. The promise of ***** Leads Annually during the year is VERY unlikely.UPDATE: We are still demanding a refund. They are denying us currently. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

BUYER BEWARE - this company is not what they promise it to be. The entire process was like pulling teeth trying to get leads when they were not provided. They are not worth a partnership and should not be allowed to be in business. Learn your ****** from this review and save your money!

Growin estate has been great to work with! They have sent leads and followed up. I just closed my first transaction with a lead they sent me. I look forward to many more!
