I have a issue with Next Generation Denistry because I was told they accepted my insurance and later after the denist did the work they said they made a mistake and would not accept my insurance and I am responsible for to pay entire bill totaling over 2,500$. I feel it is not acceptable to promise the insurance would be covered than say they made a mistake . I should not be responsible for their error.Business response

******** ******** does not have a balance of $2500.00. As attached complaint filer, ******** ********, has a balance of $140.00. Insurance was filed as provided to our office, as a courtesy, not a requirement. If proper insurance information was not given, errors can occur. No errors are noted on this account. Ms. ********'s claim here is false, as seen, in the balance due to the office for her services rendered. This compliant is unfounded by any evidence presented by Ms. ********. Our office is always working to help with insurances and welcome all questions. Services were rendered. The better option for a BBB complaint might be the insurance company.
