I received an TShirt offer from Survival Constitution LLC. I paid $9.95 to the company for the Tshirt on Nov 6, 2024. Then got a fraud detection phone call from my credit card company for a charge of $57.00 on Nov 20, 2024. Survival Constitution LLC was charging my for a subscription that I did not want or authorize. I tried calling Survival Constitution to cancel the charge of $57.00 but it went straight to a recorder, then I tried emailing the company and got a reply back that the email address i was trying to reach is undergoing maintenance and can not except emails at this time. I'm asking the company to refund the $57 that was charged to my card and stop the fraudulent subscription that I did not authorize.

This was described in the offer and on the checkout page along with the Welcome to the community email you receive with the link, username and password at the time the order is placed.

Received an email about a free tee shirt with $9.95 shipping from a company called Survival Offers Tonight I ordered the tee shirt for a friend Right after I received an email about a membership to a Self Reliance Initiative company I googled the company Survival Offers in Ohio and I saw it was a scam They automatically add you to a membership with Self Reliance initiative that will charge my credit card every month Can something be done? I did not give permission to join a membership with Self Reliance initiative I also want my $9.95 back from Survival Offers which the credit card company said I have to wait until it posts to dispute it

I received an email from the company that the subscription has been cancelled I have not received a cancellation for the tee shirt or refund of $9.95 to my Discover Card

I ordered a free t shirt on 11/6/24 and am not interested in the $57 monthly subscription and do not want to be charged after the 14 day free trial. It did not say anywhere upon purchase of the t shirt it included a subscription. Please cancel my subscription.

My iPhone shows an ongoing monthly charge of $57.00 for an item I did not purchase. I see many others with the same complaint to the BBB. I called the company and the operator hung up on me. I believe this, like so many others, is in connection with a tee shirt purchase. Please crack down on these people, get my name and address of of their books, and refund any moneys they have stolen so far. Kindly let me know that this is getting handled by the BBB

I am rejecting this response because:

This fraud snagged a multitude of people, revealed on the many identical complaints I see. The suggestion that there was obvious notice of “joining” an ongoing subscription to a carefully hidden option, at $57.00/month is a bold-faced untruth. What a strange coincidence it is that so many people, gullible like myself, fell for she same racquet.
This arose from an advertisement for a Donald Trump tee shirt - need I say more???

Purchased t-shirt for $9.95 on 9/16/24. Additional charge of $57 applied to credit card on 9/30/24. Apparently this $57 is a reoccurring subscription charge that I did not authorize. I need to stop these $57 charges and get a refund.
