4/11/2021 I recommend not buying a trailer from them definitely their quality steel dump trailers are poorly made with in 2 weeks of our company buying them we had welds break and also now on our second battery majestic trailer does not stand up to the warranty We brought a trailer brand new and they are not standing by the warranty to fix the trailer we have had to fix a weld and now also replace 2 batterys so far and also now going to have to fix a tail light they sold an unsafe trailer!

I have received the letter from you stating that ******* ****** was dissatisfied with the way Majestic Trailer handled his trailer repair issue. Let me assure you that customer service is of the utmost importance to us. Our position on this issue is as follows:
Mr. ****** called on the phone and spoke to our service manager about the weld issue. Mr. ****** was advised to bring it back to us to let us see what the issue is and we would get him worked in to our service in the next day or two. Upon hearing this Mr. ****** demanded we get him in immediately and then proceeded to go on a profanity laced tirade. If this happens, my employees are instructed to ask the customer to stop swearing and we we can discuss this rationally. Mr. ****** continued his tirade at which time he was told to have a nice day and we hung up. I will never allow any customer to use profanity or anger towards my employees. I feel we handled this call in the proper way. We never heard anything back from Mr. ****** until I have received this complaint letter.
As our customer, we will be happy to perform any work on his trailer, in accordance with the manufacturers warranty policy, this is needed as long as Mr. ****** conducts himself in a professional and courteous manner. Mr. ****** also has to understand that we have other customers that are in queue, that have also bought trailers from us and we will work him in as time allows. Being told we can get him serviced in a day or two is a good timeframe as we are currently on a 2-3 week backlog.
