I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain SLE from M&M auto sales 9/21/2021. I put down on the vehicle ***** with the total of the vehicle being I believe 8,000-9,000 dollars. It took me all the way from 9/21/2021 to about the end of January to receive a certificate of title to switch my vehicle over. Had to drive back and forth from **** three different occasions to get another temporary tag. I had called the dealership several times and was promised I would receive it in November. I then bought the carfax on my vehicle. I had seen where there had been a structural damage to the vehicle and was unaware of it when I bought the vehicle. I then received my certificate of title end of January and went to go get it registered and an inspection sticker to drive legally in the state of WV. I was denied for inspection do to the amount of rust that is eating away the frame on the bottom of the vehicle and rear rocker panels. Having said that, this vehicle is my only transportation of getting my children and getting to and from work. I then called the dealership to make aware of these situations. I was told that it would be looked into and that they would help and also that they were unaware of the structural damage on the carfax. I never received a phone call and called the dealership several times and left messages to receive nothing back. I have replaced several things on this vehicle since I bought it and have had to pay more money fixing it then being able to actual make my $290 payments and Ive had the vehicle not even 6 months.Business response
