Jan 15, 2020 I purchased a Refrigerator and upon delivery found it to be damaged. I contacted the owner Ben who came out looked at the Appliance and offered to refund 300.00 plus replace both doors. I never recieved the doors and everytime I called Ben promissed that he was going to replace them blaming the delay on covid. Today my wife called once again and was told they can no longer get the doors. I called GE and they stated that had Ben sent them out they could have got the doors long ago but they are no longer available. GE stated that Alliance Appliance should replace the refrigerator since they failed to make the repairs in a timely manner.Customer response
