Intentionally sent a bill in my name to collections when my name wasn’t the primary account holder name. My payment info wasn’t on file, my phone number was listed only for a emergency contact. They were mad I yelled at them so they take my name and send my info to a debt collector when they know ****** ******* was and has always been the account holder / one to pay the fees etc. now it’s going to effect my credit because they did it intentionally as if to say screw you. That was not my account. Not my animals. Not my payment info they had on file. Not my phone number listed on the main account. This was not my account there for not my bill. If they want to address the bill to the CORRECT person Then it will get paidBusiness response

We have both ****** ******* and ******* ******* listed as the owners. I am not sure what Ms. ******* is talking about. I will attach the new Client form that the owners filled out as well as a copy of an invoice which is in both of their names. Ms. ******* has also signed off on medical procedures for the pet on this account. Statements also show both of them on them. We do not keep payment information on file for any of our clients.
We were not targeting Ms. ******* because she "yelled at us". Both names are listed on this account which is why they were both sent to collections. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
