the guys who came over were the some of hardest working most respectful professionals I have worked with in a long time. I was very concerned about exposing my family to carbon monoxide due to poor venting of my hot water heater. Jen was great and was able to get them scheduled almost immediately and the men worked so hard to fix the venting to make me feel safe in my home again. They even went above and beyond and cut a tree down for me that was causing foundation issues and removed the fire wood themselves. Not only do I feel safe now, but the chimney looks amazing and so clean. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!

I called Accurate Chimney to clean and inspect me chimney after I had raccoons removed from the chimney. They advertised $199 plus tax for cleaning and inspection. Two service individuals came and reported that I had two blockages which cost around $500 each to clear. I agreed to them clearing the blockages. They then jammed and broke my flue. And it was known that one of the repairs I needed was a chimney cap so that nothing would come back into my chimney. When they left my flue was jammed open and I had no chimney cap. Leaving my home very vulnerable for animal and insect invaders. They also did not leave me with a receipt or explanation of the service they provided or what was recommended. They said I would receive a call with further details. I did not receive a call. I had to call and ask for the information. The woman on the phone didn’t understand why they didn’t leave me the information. She texted me the receipt and recommendations. I paid $1160 for what they did the day they came. They quoted me over $7000 of repairs needing made. I am not in a financial place to support such a cost. They said they would charge me around $1000 for the cap but couldn’t give me a warranty on it unless they completed all of the repairs suggested. During their service at my house they inspected my hot water tank in my basement. I live alone. No one has been in my basement but myself and the service individuals. When I they left I later discovered my hot water had been turned off and my deep freezer had been unplugged. I lost hundreds of dollars in frozen meat. I was unaware they turned off my hot water or unplugged my freezer. I did not feel comfortable allowing the individuals or anyone from this company back into my home. I found a different contractor to place a cap on my chimney for under $500. But the meat is lost. And my flue is still jammed open. I will likely leave it broken as I do not trust to allow anyone back into my home.

******* and his dad are the best!!! So respectful and the best at thier job. They always know exactly what needs to be done to take care of our chimney. And thier rates are great even if you're in a pinch. Outstanding service and work guys. The only team we use. Thanks guys.
