      Recieved a Vanillagift card for my birthday and sure enough its been tampered with or isn't even real. 12 numbers instead of 16 as well as no CVV and the bottom of card where the barcode should be barely shows the last few numbers. UNREAL that this is happening and has been happening for a long time. Yet the companies that produce these cards could care less. As long as they get their activation fee is easy free money and since its **** they know no one can truly touch them. Call the customer service number only to go through a confusing automated response and once you do get ahold of someone they aren't even from this country and barely speak english. So even if you give them your correct info they could mess it up or just care less because they are probably not making much because there is nothing to sell. The companies get cheap customer service **** to help cover themselves as a smack in our faces. Still waiting on a email and from posts on Reddit it looks like it could be drawn out for months even if you have a clear photo of card and reciept. Whats even more messed up apparently is they ask for all your info including a picture of your driving license, WHY?? So you can sell my info to make even more money?

      Purchased a VanillaGift card for a Birthday gift. The card is not working and when trying to get another card or the money I have been given the run around. I have a case # ******** I sent the front and the back of the card and a letter showing my address. And the receipt This is a nightmare. They are criminals

      GOT A **** **** FOR OUR DAUGTHER IN DECEMBER OF 2023. AMOUNT WAS $300.00 ON THE **** ****. WE HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH VANILLA **** **** SINCE THEN. HAVE CALLED THEM NUMERISE TIMES TO NO AVAIL. I WANT MY $300.00 ASAP. THE **** WAS COMPREMISED THE *** AFTER CHRISTMAS IN ********** ON DEC 26TH. THIS BANK THAT ISSUES THE **** SHOULD BE LIABLE FOR THIS MONEY. I'M TIRED OF PLAYING GAMES WITH VANILLA **** ****. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER **** **** FROM YOU PEOPLE EVER AGAIN.

      They are holding my paper check mobile deposit, n will not cancel the deposit upon request will not release my funds to me, they keep telling me different times limit on how long it takes to deposit my check its bees 6 business days 8 days all tougher this is ridiculous, they are crooks no doubt in my mind holding 500$ from me when other checks I deposited from the same company went through in hours. ****** CUSTOMER!

      I have an account with cash app which is an account that works with sutton bank. It has been almost a moth and I **** not been able to withdraw my money and they have not given me a reason why.

      I purchased a gift card in ************* ********* for $150 It worked fine and then suddenly they decided to tell me that my card was being deactivated I don't know why I needed the money I was in an emergency situation and could not access the money and they told me that they would send it to me in three to five business days a new card there was no reason The card has been with me in my pocket the entire time I've had it they just stopped it out of nowhere and when I needed it the most

      Im with Sutton Bank through ****** and have had the worse experience in my life . I had money sent to me and i transferred into this account with ****** only for them to suspend my account with my money no longer being accessible and i have rent due so they are risking me being evicted .! I cant reach them by phone or email and the text option is pure trash they wont even respond properly and keep saying the same thing with no results for the last 5 days Im overwhelmed and dont know what to do .! *** asked for a supervisor and still nothing this is actually unbelievable NEVER USE ****** OR SUTTON BANK

      Sutton Bank is who benefits from Cashapp. They are the one who holds deposits. Thousands of people cant withdraw their money on Cashapp. Sutton says they arent responsible. They blame it on Cashapp but are the beneficiary of the deposit. When you can't get your money from Cashapp, it's sitting in an account with ********************. Meanwhile Sutton is making millions from interest on the money Cashapp stole. For Sutton to say they aren't involved is untrue. They provide the services for the Cashapp card and are profiting from money being stolen from tens of thousands of Americans. I should have done my research before doing bussiness with a company such as this. I advice you do the same. They've already been involved in Class Action Law Suits which are readily available to see online, and it's safe to say they will be involved in more soon. It was only a few hundred that was taken from me but that's not the point. I needed that money. I lost my job as a result. Whether Sutton owns Cashapp or not doesn't matter. They hold the funds that have been stolen from many Americans. It's all public information that can't be refuted. As someone born and raised in ****, it's a shame that a financial institution that is based in my home state would do this. They are profiting on the pain of hard working Americans. When are we going to stop letting financial institutions do this to the Amercan public? The only way they will listen is if we stop doing bussiness with them.
