Carl Lehman and his team built a retaining wall with a vinyl fence around our inground pool in the summer of 2021. A few months later, 1 panel of vinyl siding fell. Then, we noticed the screws were tiny and the whole fence wobbled. I called Carl and he came to look at it June 2022. He acknowledged the problem and said he would fixed it. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard from him since. Now, 3 panels and posts have completely broke off and fell into the pool ripping the cover. Plus, I have a dog that escapes the yard through the missing panels. It’s very disappointing that I have to buy a new pool cover, an electric fence to keep my dog safe and possibly a new fence all because Carl Lehman didn’t follow up with fixing a fence that has been nothing but a headache since he installed it. I was unable to file a complaint until now because I was hoping that he would reach out to me, but he never did.
